THE POINT has four phases of construction and different house models to choose from. We have available 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms 2 story houses. Each one is carefully designed by our architects including luxury details and unique modern and eco-friendly style. Created in harmony with the surrounding nature, the common areas and streets at THE POINT incorporate the vegetation and small river within its design, creating a space for exploration and enjoyment of natural elements.
Our beach houses are built with concrete and metal, covered by a thermo acoustic roof, thus lowering the temperature inside the beach condo. High ceilings and crossed ventilation will also guarantee the air flow at any time of the day. Imagine being able to relax in a completely cool room after a long day at the beach. Only at THE POINT!
The beach homes have a wide living/dining room and open kitchen concept, creating an open space to enjoy with friends and family. Two bedrooms also have their own terraces and sliding doors for better ventilation, more recreation and private space.
Each residential phase has its own pool, social area and BBQ station. You will enjoy a Yoga Deck with river view, security checkpoint and access to the public street, playgrounds, pets park among other amenities.
